Platform module
PAMM / MAM
Percentage allocation account management across investor capital. Part of the platform's core domain: brokers, providers and investors read the same records through it.
- Master / slave allocation engine
- High-water-mark performance fees
- Allocation scaling in and out
- Per-investor exposure limits

How it works
How PAMM / MAM works on the platform
Stage 1
PAMM / MAM manages one master account across many investors, allocating exposure in proportion to each capital share.
Stage 2
Performance fees are computed against a high-water mark, so a fee is only earned on a recoverable basis.
Stage 3
Investors scale shares in and out without reopening the master, and per-investor exposure limits stay first-class.
Placement
Where pooled capital is managed
Where this module acts in the platform's one-domain model, and which other modules it depends on.
- Allocates master exposure to capital shares, not per-account copies.
- Settles high-water-mark performance fees on the linked records.
- Keeps per-investor limits and cooldowns as evaluated rules.
Uses
- Risk Management — per-investor limits are rules on the allocation.
- Analytics — investor statements derive from the same snapshots.
- Portfolio Management — pooled mandates share the allocation model.
Questions
About PAMM / MAM
Can an investor join after the master is live?
Yes for PAMM-shaped allocation: capital is scaled into the master's exposure according to the investor's share, subject to the venue's limits and cooldowns.
How are performance fees handled?
Against a high-water mark computed from immutable snapshots, so the fee basis is reproducible rather than recalculated ad hoc.
